| How to delete your Kinware Account | ||
| Please contact support@kinwaretech.com and let us know that you want to delete your account. | ||
| You must provide your name and the email/username associated with your account in the email. | ||
| If your email is sent from an account other than the email associated with your account, we may request further information in order to protect your account. | ||
| Allow 30 days for the successful deletion of your account. | ||
| What data is deleted | ||
| The data associated with your account, including profile page information, the photo (if any) associated with your username, your subscription information, requests that were made by you or directed to you, and invitaions that were sent by you, with the exceptions found in the following "Data that is retained" section. | ||
| Data that is retained | ||
| Data belonging to connected accounts, including names, birthdays, and similar information belonging to the account of a coparent, parent, or child where the information is necessary to build a custody calendar and the events associated with it, whether that information was provided by you or by the connected user. Your email and subscription information is deleted from connected accounts. | ||
